As Lead Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide senior clinical leadership, professional oversight, and strategic direction for Speech and Language Therapy across Pace School. You will deliver and oversee a highly specialist, evidence‑based SLT service, supporting children with complex communication needs and ensuring truly integrated, transdisciplinary practice. Working closely with education, therapy, and care colleagues, you will help shape high‑quality provision that aligns with our school priorities, organisational strategy, and commitment to excellence.
