General Assistant to join our team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for our guests, customers and clients.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
You'll support the day-to-day running of our venue by assisting across housekeeping, food and beverage services, and front-of-house operations.
Whether you're welcoming guests, serving meals, preparing event spaces or ensuring our facilities are spotless, you'll be helping to create exceptional experiences for everyone who visits Brathay.
Based on the beautiful shores of Lake Windermere in the heart of the Lake District, Brathay is a children's charity dedicated to helping young people build confidence, resilience and the skills they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
- Completing the full range of cleaning and turnaround tasks throughout all areas of the Brathay site.
- Ensure guest areas, meeting spaces and facilities remain clean, safe and welcoming.
- Assisting in the running of events, providing food and beverage services to clients
