Role Overview

Reports to: Air Conditioning Supervisor

Direct Reports: None

Location: Mobile Engineer with office based in Ampfield

Job schedule: Full time, 42.5 hours per week, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, Permanent

Purpose

To play a lead role in the service delivery of FORTH®’s Maintenance contracts, to clients that operate high end buildings

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Capability Needed

• NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 Air Conditioning
• F-GAS (Category 1)
• Full UK Drivers License
• Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check and enhanced security clearance
• Experience in maintaining a range of AC units including splits, VRV’s, VRF’s, twin and multi-splits.
• Able to positively communicate with the client, office team and colleagues.
• PASMA/IPAF
