Partnerships Engagement Manager (New Business) in London

London Full-Time On-site
Breast Cancer Now

About the role

Shape the next generation of game-changing corporate partnerships.

Imagine walking into a boardroom at one of the world's best-known brands and leaving with a partnership that will change lives. At Breast Cancer Now, that's the job.

We're behind some of the biggest and most celebrated retail partnerships in the sector. Our multi-award-winning £6m+ partnership with Asda Tickled Pink and our long-term, shared-purpose partnership with M&S are household names. But that's only part of the story. We also run a thriving portfolio of five-to seven-figure commercial, sponsorship and charity of the year partnerships across leisure, FMCG, beauty, property and pharmaceuticals.

Now we're looking for someone to help create what comes next.

This is your chance to design and secure the next wave of transformational partnerships for a charity in growth.

You'll be out there opening doors, building relationships with director-level contacts at major companies and dreaming up fresh, creative ways for them to make a real difference to people affected by breast cancer.

And you won't be doing it alone. You'll be working alongside a collaborative, award-winning team of corporate fundraisers who bring a brilliant mix of corporate and charity experience, and who'll support you to do your best work.

Every partnership you land will help change the lives of people affected by breast cancer, every single day.

About you

You're someone who:

• is driven, proactive and tenacious, and loves the thrill of the win

• has a strong track record in sales, securing five- and six-figure contracts or partnerships

• builds relationships naturally, feels at home meeting senior contacts at big brands, and shines when presenting or speaking in public

• sees partnership potential where others don't, spotting creative ways businesses and charities can achieve more together

• is highly organised, with the focus to prioritise the biggest, long-term opportunities

• cares deeply about people affected by breast cancer and their families

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
