What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support leadership for production teams.
- Provide documentation and hands‑on support for safety, manufacturing, quality methods, tooling, and equipment.
- Propose, initiate, and validate process improvements to enhance safety, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Lead design transfers and implement new products into production and design changes.
- Support product label design, creation and implementation.
- Supervise ETL/NRTL factory inspections (Intertek, Nemko, SCA, Curtis Strauss).
- Production KPI follow‑up and statistics, incl. Production yield.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent experience.
- Solid knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and software.
- Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
- Familiarity with medical device standards (ISO 13485, IEC 60601, MDR) is a plus.
