What You’ll Be Doing
- ClearCare Scheme Management
- Liaising with hospitals, patients, and carers to coordinate services.
- Organising annual servicing and responding to emergencies.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and processing service paperwork.
- Registering new patients and managing contract closures.
- Handling quarterly consumables orders and rental device stock.
- Managing inventory and work orders in JDE, including fixed asset updates.
- Customer Service Administration
- Answering calls and assisting with customer and patient enquiries.
- Supporting credit control and preparing quotations/invoices.
- Carrying out general administrative tasks to support the wider team.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum GCSEs in Maths and English.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially with sensitive patient data.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Sales Order Processing systems.
