Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in restaurant service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, crafting high-quality beverages, and providing exceptional guest services. Your ability to manage time effectively and upsell menu items will contribute to an enjoyable dining experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Engage with guests, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic math skills for billing purposes.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, demonstrating culinary experience in menu offerings.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
• Upsell beverages and food items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant role is preferred.
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs.
• Experience in food preparation or culinary settings is advantageous.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
