I'm working with a growing technology consultancy that's looking for someone who enjoys sitting between the business and the technical teams. You'll act as the bridge between senior business stakeholders and a team of NetSuite Developers—understanding business requirements, translating them into technical solutions and helping deliver projects across the organisation. If you've got strong NetSuite knowledge but naturally gravitate towards Business Analysis, process improvement or stakeholder management, this could be a great fit.
Involved in:
- Gathering and translating business requirements
- Working with NetSuite Developers to deliver solutions
- Improving CRM, ERP and business processes
- Running workshops with stakeholders across the business
- Supporting new business integrations and acquisitions
- Driving continuous improvements across the NetSuite platform
What they're looking for:
- 3+ years of commercial NetSuite experience
- Strong understanding of ERP and business processes
- Comfortable working with both technical teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience delivering workshops, gathering requirements or process mapping
- Knowledge of workflows, forms, saved searches and reporting
- A naturally curious problem solver who enjoys improving the way businesses work
Why this role:
- Work on major business transformation projects
- Be the link between business leaders and NetSuite Developers
- Plenty of variety rather than supporting one area of the business
- Hybrid working (2 days per week in London)
- Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience
What they're really looking for is someone who combines strong NetSuite knowledge with excellent communication skills and can translate business problems into technical solutions. If that sounds like you, send me a message for a confidential chat.

How to prepare for a job interview at Breakthrough Talent
✨Brush Up on Your Technical Skills
For an IT consulting role, be ready to demonstrate your technical prowess. You might face questions on systems integration, cloud technologies, or even troubleshooting specific software. If you have experience with tools like AWS, Azure, or even specific programming languages, make sure you can talk about them fluently.
✨Showcase Your Problem-Solving Approach
IT consulting is all about solving problems for clients. Think about how you can illustrate your approach to a past challenge using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). It's a great way to show how you tackle complex issues and come up with effective solutions.
✨Know the Business Impact of IT Solutions
When discussing your experiences, focus not just on the tech solutions you implemented, but also on their business impact. Employers want to see that you can connect IT with organisational goals. Prep examples that highlight how your tech contributions improved efficiency or reduced costs for past clients or projects.
✨Prepare for Behavioural Questions
Since IT consulting often involves teamwork and client interactions, expect behavioural questions that assess your interpersonal skills. Be prepared with examples that demonstrate your adaptability, communication skills, and how you handle client feedback. Before the interview, think of situations where you worked closely with clients to create effective IT strategies or changes.
