We are hiring a Senior Agile QA Engineer to join a high-performing product squad within a modern, cloud-based engineering environment. This is a hands-on QA role, embedded directly into the squad, focusing on shift-left quality, automation, and AI-enhanced testing practices. If you enjoy being the quality voice in an autonomous team, use AI to accelerate your workflow, and want real ownership over how quality is done, this will be a strong match.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead quality strategy within your squad—define test scope, approach, and risk models
  • Use data/metrics to drive quality decisions and identify risk early
  • Work closely with Product & Engineering from the very start of the lifecycle
  • Own and maintain automated tests (Playwright, API, integration)
  • Strengthen the team’s shift-left mindset
  • Contribute to non-functional testing: performance, resilience, security, accessibility
  • Drive improvements across test coverage, tooling, and quality debt
  • Use AI tools to speed up test creation, analysis, debugging, and risk reviews
  • Collaborate with developers to improve their testing skills and approaches

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of hands-on QA experience within agile squads
  • Strong automation background across UI and API layers
  • Solid experience in microservices and modern distributed systems
  • Confident reading code and reviewing test coverage
  • Data-driven approach to testing and risk analysis
  • Comfortable working with CI/CD, cloud environments, containers
  • Excellent communication skills (this is critical)
  • Curious testers who embrace AI to make their work faster and smarter
  • Ideally worked with Golang backend.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Playwright, TypeScript, Venom, Kafka, GraphQL, PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Elasticsearch, or resilience testing.
