The predicted salary is between 25 - 35 £ per hour.

We are seeking an Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. The role focuses on residential housing projects, including extensions and internal reconfigurations. You will work from existing survey drawings to produce accurate, high-quality architectural plans using Revit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed architectural drawings in Revit based on existing site survey information
  • Develop layouts for extensions, internal reconfigurations, and small residential projects
  • Prepare drawings for planning applications
  • Implement design revisions promptly and accurately as required
  • Collaborate with the planning team to ensure drawings align with planning requirements
  • Offer professional input on technical design considerations (e.g., wall construction, stair design)

About You

  • Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)
  • Experience in residential architecture (essential)
  • Solid portfolio demonstrating relevant design and technical work
  • Knowledge of Autodesk Recap and point cloud processing (advantageous)
  • Reliable, responsive, and proactive in handling feedback or revisions
  • Comfortable working remotely with effective time management skills
  • Excellent technical understanding and attention to detail

Location and Hours

11:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Thursday (flexible). Hybrid/flexible, office is in Stoke Newington N16.
