Your Role
As the Site Manager, and depending on experience, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality projects up to £5M or support the PM on projects up to £20M across a range of sectors – from education and leisure to commercial to high-end residential.
You’ll:
- Take ownership of the site, ensuring safe, efficient, and snag-free delivery
- Prepare and manage short-term programmes
- Drive Health & Safety standards – making sure everyone goes home safe
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, progress, and profitability
- Collaborate with the QS, Design Managers, and wider team to keep the project on track
- Lead, motivate, and support your site team to deliver results
About You
You’ll be a confident, forward-thinking construction professional who leads from the front.
- Experience with a main contractor on projects up to £20M
- Track record on new build and refurbishment schemes
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- A real passion for construction and a drive to progress
