Your Role As the Site Manager , and depending on experience, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality projects up to £5M or support the PM on projects up to £20M across a range of sectors – from education and leisure to commercial to high-end residential. You’ll: Take ownership of the site, ensuring safe, efficient, and snag-free delivery Prepare and manage short-term programmes Drive Health & Safety standards – making sure everyone goes home safe Maintain a strong focus on quality, progress, and profitability Collaborate with the QS, Design Managers, and wider team to keep the project on track Lead, motivate, and support your site team to deliver results About You You’ll be a confident, forward-thinking construction professional who leads from the front.
