Do you have 5+ years experience leading teams that deliver quality, multimillion pound projects for a main contractor as a contracts manager or a director? We are looking for an ambitious, proven contracts manager who wants to be a part of the senior management team from day one. As well as having your own team (made of up Site Managers/ PMs, Quantity Surveyors, Buyers, Design Managers and PA) you will also join the senior management team looking at the overall direction and strategy of the company. The expectation is that you will progress onto being a director with the associated benefits and there will be further opportunities for career development from there.
In addition there will be a highly competitive package including car allowance, pension, 26 days holiday and a profit share. As a main contractor you will be expected to work closely with clients, consultants and the supply chain on a variety of new build and refurbishment projects ranging from £5M to £20M. This company has worked on a wide range of projects and you will ideally have had experience in some of following: schools, healthcare, light industrial and high end residential schemes. If you have your M/ FCIOB and have experience of frameworks so much the better.
While you are nominally officed based the projects you will be involved in cover Kent, Sussex and parts of Surrey and London.
