Role: Appointment Setter / Sales Assistant (Full-Time)

We’re looking for someone who thrives in social conversations. You’ll be speaking with warm leads through DMs, qualifying them, building rapport, and booking them in for calls with our sales team. This role is perfect for recent graduates, career starters, or ambitious go-getters who want to break into the world of high-performance sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Start DM conversations with leads on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Use our proven frameworks to qualify leads and book sales calls.
  • Follow up with people who don’t respond right away – fortune’s in the follow-up.
  • Track all your conversations and leads using our CRM tools.
  • Give feedback on what’s working and where we can improve.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align content and lead gen efforts.
