Breaking Barriers is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate, timely reporting, strong controls and robust payroll, budgeting and forecasting. You will develop the finance team and partner with budget holders and senior leaders to drive informed financial decision-making across the charity.
The role also oversees operational areas including premises, health and safety, equipment and outsourced technology support, with a focus on embedding efficient processes.
