Become an enabler of escape – Join the Team at Breakfree Holidays. At Breakfree Holidays, we don’t just book holidays; we are enablers of escape. As one of the UK’s leading holiday aggregators, we have helped over 20 million people discover their perfect staycation, from serene woodland lodges to action-packed family caravan parks.

We are looking for a BI Manager to become the architect of our data strategy. You will sit at the heart of the business, acting as the bridge between raw data and commercial strategy. If you have a passion for uncovering the "why" behind the numbers and the drive to transform CRM insights into booking conversions, we want to hear from you.

The Role

You will own our data ecosystem, ensuring that every department—from Marketing and Commercial to Product and Operations—has the high-quality, actionable insights they need to win. A primary focus of this role will be the intelligent segmentation of our CRM database, turning a vast pool of holidaymakers into precision-targeted audiences that drive industry-leading conversion rates.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • CRM Segmentation Strategy: Lead the deep-dive analysis of our customer base. You will develop sophisticated segmentation models (RFM, behavioural, preference-based) to identify high-value cohorts, ensuring the right offer reaches the right customer at the right time.
  • Conversion Optimisation: Partner with our marketing and CRM teams to design, test, and measure targeted campaigns. You will be responsible for proving the efficacy of these segments and continuously iterating to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Strategic Ownership: Lead the development and maintenance of our core MI reporting suite, ensuring data integrity and accessibility across the business.
  • Predictive Modelling: Use advanced analytical techniques to forecast performance, identifying emerging trends in the UK travel market—such as shift in demand for pet-friendly lodges or early-booking behaviours—before they become mainstream.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Translate complex data sets into clear, compelling narratives that drive decision-making for the Senior Leadership Team.

Who You Are

You are a seasoned analyst with a "data-first" mindset and a proven ability to bridge the gap between technical data and commercial outcomes. You aren't satisfied with static dashboards; you want to find the hidden opportunities that will help Breakfree to scale the business.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • CRM & Segmentation Expertise: Demonstrable experience in mining large CRM datasets to create actionable segments that drive measurable increases in conversion and customer lifetime value.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). Proficiency in Python or R for advanced modelling is a significant plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a senior analytical role, ideally within the travel sector.
  • Commercial Acumen: A proven track record of using data to improve business performance (e.g. conversion rate optimisation, churn reduction, or revenue growth).
  • Communication: Ability to present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a way that is clear, concise, and actionable.

Why Join Breakfree?

  • Real Impact: Your insights will directly influence the holidays we showcase to millions of families every year.
  • Growth Environment: Work in an agile, supportive culture where your input is valued from day one.
  • Industry Perks: Competitive salary, generous holiday allowance, and exclusive discounts on our holiday partner brands.
  • Modern Tooling: We invest in our tech stack and are committed to staying at the cutting edge of data analytics.
