About the Role
We are looking for a versatile and reliable General Maintenance Person to join our team on a relief basis. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, highly motivated, and passionate about making a positive difference in young people’s lives. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving our services across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive environment where no two days are the same, offering a variety of tasks, challenges, and opportunities to develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out painting and decorating, including preparation and repair work
- Undertake minor plumbing tasks
- Repair fixtures, fittings, furniture, and equipment
- Complete basic glazing repairs
- Perform carpentry work, including hanging doors and fitting door frames
- Install plasterboard and carry out plastering work
- Change locks as required
- Lay flooring
- Assist with furniture moves
- Support fundraising builds and special projects
