Responsibilities
- Work across Break’s mobile team providing care to young people aged 5 to 25, covering various services including residential accommodation, staying close/staying connected and disability short break centre.
- Deliver consistent support and shift cover in different locations across Norfolk on nights that change each week.
- Build strong relationships with professionals and children, supporting emotional and behavioural needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent team-player with warm, caring, calm and resilient attitude.
- Must have a full, valid, manual driving licence.
- Successful completion of NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare before completing 24 months of Support Work (funded by Break).
- Enhanced DBS check required (funded by Break).
- Full employment history details to comply with OFSTED.
- Evidence of eligibility to work in the UK as per UKVI guidelines.
