Break has over 50 charity shops in East Anglia and the West Country, operating since 1968. The income from the charity shops is vital to the development and continuation of the services we provide for children, young people and families. We pride ourselves on selling good quality donated goods at affordable prices. We operate a recycling system, so every donation is put to good use, generating more income.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support the Managers in our established charity shop in Holt by covering days off and holidays, this may include some weekends. The ideal candidate will have great people skills and enjoy working in a busy environment. There is also the possibility to accrue more working hours by working at other Break shops within the area.
Key Responsibilities:- Great customer service is essential to maximise income as is sourcing and merchandising stock.
- You will have the ability to manage a team of volunteers/staff, cash handling and an understanding of retail environment.
