Salary: ÂŁ34,097 per annum, rising to ÂŁ35,680 following successful completion of your probation period. Maximum job rate potential: ÂŁ37,873 (performance related)

About the Role

We are looking for a Deputy Manager who can always demonstrate effective leadership and people management skills whilst prioritising the care of our young people and developing these crucial relationships. You will be supporting the Registered Manager in ensuring the children and young people in our care receive the highest standards from us. You will supervise a team of Support Workers to ensure the children and young people are supported by facilitating their physical, psychological, emotional and social development. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a therapeutic, trauma-informed environment where young people feel safe, valued, and supported to achieve positive outcomes. Together with the Manager you will ensure Ofsted regulations are adhered to; this will also include other vital regulatory requirements such as Safeguarding and Health & Safety.
