We're building a neighbourhood coffee shop centred around quality, craft and genuine hospitality. We are looking for an experienced speciality barista who takes pride in producing exceptional coffee — including high-level free-pour latte art — every single time.
You Must Be Able To:
- Consistently produce clean, well-defined free-pour latte art (rosettas, tulips, swans etc.)
- Dial in espresso independently
- Maintain precise and consistent extractions throughout service
- Texture milk correctly for different drink sizes
- Prepare espresso and filter coffee to speciality standards
- Taste and adjust coffees confidently
- Work efficiently during busy periods without compromising quality
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has at least 1 year in speciality coffee (essential)
- Is confident behind the machine without supervision
- Has strong attention to detail
- Understands workflow and bar organisation
- Brings positive energy and strong customer interaction skills
- Wants to be part of building a respected neighbourhood coffee shop
