Break Charity is seeking a Waking Nights Support Worker in Long Stratton, Norfolk. This full-time role (38 hours) involves overnight support with young people, helping them rest and preparing the home for the day ahead.
You will build relationships with the children in our care during the first year and must be a warm, calm, and resilient team player. A Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare and a valid driving licence are required, with Break funding the qualification and supporting training.
