You'll be adaptable, resilient and able to motivate others, while maintaining a calm, consistent and child-centred approach. Above all, you'll be passionate about helping young people overcome adversity, build positive relationships and achieve brighter futures. You will need to successfully complete a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within the first 24 months of support work.
