What You’ll Be Doing
- Source and engage top talent for major construction projects
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
- Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Develop your own client base over time
- Work towards targets and earn uncapped commission
You’ll be supported every step of the way with hands-on training and mentorship from experienced recruiters.
