Responsibilities

  • Monitoring on‑site works delivered by a highly experienced subcontractor.

  • Supporting reporting requirements for the Construction Manager and project team.

Requirements

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ post‑grad experience in Ireland.

  • A proactive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to manage site relationships with subcontractors and councils.

The Package

Salary is dependent on experience, but you can expect between €45,000 and €50,000, plus vehicle, fuel allowance, matched pension, and healthcare.
