INDCO is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management of residential housing projects from tender through to final account. Based from their Co Down office, you will work alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor and project teams, handling measurements, valuations, variations and cost reporting.
You will collaborate on subcontractor procurement, payments and accounts, monitor costs and provide cost information for commercial decisions.
