Breadwinners is seeking a Risers Programme Manager in Brighton (0.5 FTE) to lead our employability and wellbeing work for asylum seekers and refugee youths aged 16–24. The role combines programme delivery, mentoring support, and weekend market involvement.
You will run weekly training, coordinate mentors, liaise with partners, and help graduates move into Breadwinners work experience. Flexible hours with weekend market support; start Sept 2026.
