The role is primarily focused on preparing our signature fresh gourmet focaccias to the highest quality, in line with bread&truffle. standards. Availability & Shifts

• Full availability Monday to Friday (weekend availability occasionally)
• Shifts can start from 8:00am, latest finish 6:00pm (with potential for increased hours during spring/summer)
