bread&truffle is looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead our busy Spitalfields kiosk. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone ready to step up, run great shifts, and grow into management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate FOH & BOH teams during shifts
- Run opening & closing checks and maintain high food, safety & hygiene standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues confidently
- Support training, onboarding, and team development
- Drive sales through upselling, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Manage stock, deliveries, and wastage accurately
Qualifications
- Hospitality experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
