You will work with our customers to design the best possible strategy for global and local brand protection solutions, smart supply chains, and consumer interaction. Combine cutting-edge security technologies from RFID, NFC, serialized QR Codes, and Holograms to Secure Digital Printing and a comprehensive Cloud solution.
For high secure projects in the hologram sector in the UK and EU, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager Printed Security Products (m/f/d), UK & EU. Become part of our journey and help shape the future of labeling in the UK and Europe.
Your Tasks
- You are passionate about acquiring new customers and developing our existing customers with innovative IoT solutions.
- You manage and steer your customer projects and act to make them successful, including internal coordination and project management.
- You are responsible for the short and long-term profitability of your customer portfolio.
- Working with clients in the UK and Europe in the Hologram and Labels industry.
- You develop sales plans for your business segment and distribution area, broken down into relevant customer groups and technologies, to build strong and long-term customer relationships.
- You define short and long-term sales strategies per customer and product segment.
- You think outside the box to identify and build up new customers and market segments.
- You use appropriate tools to monitor and report sales performance and effectiveness and steer activities to reach new markets & customers, including but not limited to pricing, profitability, and allocation decisions.
Requirements
- You completed a technical or business degree, alternatively gained long-term experience in sales in the packaging industry (B2B).
- Several years of professional experience in labels or printed packaging are beneficial, and basic knowledge of industry requirements.
- Your German and English skills are fluent.
- You would describe yourself as customer-oriented with high social and cultural competencies and excellent negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel in Europe & UK.
- Experience with Sales of Hologram Labels.
- Confident use of Office 365 and common CRM tools.

For this position, we offer an annual gross-salary range (fixed & variable) starting from €65,000, depending on your experience, track record, and client portfolio, you will bring to us.
