What you'll do:
- Accountable for securing business continuity by ensuring product availability, while maintaining inventory efficiency.
- Optimize stock levels to prevent material losses, reduce logistics cost, and maintain a healthy cash flow.
- Responsible for short/medium term forecasting, improving forecast accuracy and bias.
- Lead the replenishment of products within the category in all Fulfilment Points through replenishment order calculations.
- Provide regular visibility to key stakeholders on any risks in availability or opportunities for growth with cross functional teams.
- Continuously improve and optimize the end-to-end supply cycle, analyze data/processes to determine root cause of issues within process and drive action plans and projects.

- 1-3 years of experience in demand & supply planning in FMCG or retail business.
