What you\’ll do

• Coordinate between various teams to identify and resolve business challenges efficiently and effectively.
• Analyze customer reports and reviews to identify key areas for enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process and service improvements.
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
• Pilot and manage new initiatives aimed at transforming operations and improving service quality.
• Lead cross-functional projects utilizing data-driven insights.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.

What you\’ll need

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze operational performance, anticipate issues, and support quick resolution.
• Strong process orientation.
• A passion for data analysis and quality improvement.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and maintain focus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bias for action and proactive problem-solving.
• Self-motivation, curiosity, and the ability to independently discover solutions to complex problems.
• A passion for understanding how things work and a drive to innovate.
• Previous experience in project management is preferred.
