I oversee product roadmaps and guide end-to-end development, launching and iterating on new features swiftly. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Establish a shared product vision and strategy for growth, focusing on acquisition, performance marketing, and lifecycle automation.
  • Own and define product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cross-functional teams.
  • Guide end-to-end product development, from ideation to execution, collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing.
  • Launch new growth initiatives, experiment rapidly, and iterate based on performance data.
  • Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition strategies, leveraging paid media, organic growth, and referral programs.
  • Partner with marketing to optimize performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, etc.) to improve CAC and ROAS.
  • Optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion funnels through A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Own and optimize the MarTech stack to enhance growth capabilities.
  • Ensure end-to-end data tracking, analytics, and attribution modeling to measure growth impact accurately.
  • Design and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, push, SMS) to increase activation and conversion.
  • Design and implement growth loops to drive organic referrals, virality, and repeat usage.
  • Experiment with gamification, social sharing, and incentives to accelerate user acquisition.
  • Optimize product touchpoints to create habit-forming experiences and network effects.
  • Define and drive the acquisition roadmap, aligning stakeholders across product, marketing, data, and engineering.
  • Lead and own the execution of the acquisition strategy.
  • Report on growth performance, key metrics, and business impact to executive leadership.

Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth product management, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Deep expertise in acquisition, conversion funnel optimization, lifecycle marketing, and paid media efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with growth tools (Braze, Segment, Adjust, Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Proven track record of scaling acquisition and optimizing growth loops through experimentation.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience in A/B testing, attribution modeling, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
