Inventory Lead

Job Purpose:

An Inventory Lead is responsible for managing and coordinating inventory and record-keeping. Their main goal is to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure product availability.

What you\’ll do:

1. Refill products on shelves and displays.
2. Update stock information in the system.
3. Monitor the receipt of goods from internal facilities or suppliers.
4. Ensure inventory levels support order fulfillment needs.
5. Organize goods according to FEFO (First Expired, First Out).
6. Review expiry dates and remove products as per company policies and shelf life.
7. Inspect products for defects and damage.
8. Minimize unloading time for inbound trucks.
9. Add all received products to the system within 30 minutes of receipt.
10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the FP area daily.
