Job Purpose:
An Inventory Lead is responsible for managing and coordinating inventory and record-keeping. Their main goal is to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure product availability.
What you\’ll do:
- Refill products on shelves and displays.
- Update stock information in the system.
- Monitor the receipt of goods from internal facilities or suppliers.
- Ensure inventory levels support order fulfillment needs.
- Organize goods according to FEFO (First Expired, First Out).
- Review expiry dates and remove products as per company policies and shelf life.
- Inspect products for defects and damage.
- Minimize unloading time for inbound trucks.
- Add all received products to the system within 30 minutes of receipt.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the FP area daily.
