Role Objectives: Dark Store Manager is an intense, fast paced, day-to-day hands-on role, handling the dark stores which are the key cornerstones. This dynamic role is heavily invested in operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management, order picking, packing, and delivery processes within the fulfillment point (FP).
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Provide clear direction and general guidance to the FP staff in the implementation of procedures and ensure that these are translated and enforced into action to meet operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fulfillment efficiency and accuracy.
- Liaise with Logistics coordinators to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
- Provide updates on FP performance to District Managers.
- Assist in growing our customer base by providing excellent service.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
