We're looking for a Solutions Consultant to be the bridge between our customers, our product, and the UK construction industry. This is a cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, and Product using deep construction knowledge and product expertise to drive customer outcomes across the entire lifecycle. You’ll be the resident construction and product expert for the UK business. You’ll help win new accounts, ensure existing customers get real value, and feed market intelligence back into what we build next. You’ll work across every function, wear multiple hats, and have real influence on how we grow in the UK market. You’ll report directly to the Vice President of Product with a dotted reporting line to our Head of UK & Ireland.

What You’ll Do
- Support new and existing accounts with product expertise and construction knowledge, focused on driving outcomes not just feature adoption.
- Provide technical support based on product knowledge and construction experience.
- Build and maintain regional reusable solution templates in Breadcrumb for industry use cases and best practices.
- Partner with Sales on new business, be the expert in the room for discovery, demos, and technical validation.
- Work across Customer Success to provide current customers with best practice guidance and deep product knowledge, drawing on your product expertise and construction industry experience.
- Support customers in pilot and beta testing of new solutions.
- Deliver the best possible customer experience to support retention, expansion, and turning pilots into long term partnerships.
- Enable teams internally on product releases.
- Support internal teams with product and industry questions.
- Support Product Marketing with value positioning, messaging, and content that resonates with the UK construction market.
- Deliver webinars on new releases, Breadcrumb solutions, and best practices.
- Support Marketing in creating content connecting product capabilities to real industry problems and outcomes.
- Be the channel from the market to product funneling insights from customers, sales, and internal teams to ensure what we build solves real problems and drives customer value.
- Stay current on UK & Ireland construction trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to keep our product strategy aligned with where the market is heading.
- Get deeply involved with our new product development, particularly around worker data, analytics, safety intelligence, and other AI opportunities.
- Help identify where our unique dataset creates new market opportunities.
- Work on high-leverage initiatives that accelerate growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep construction industry knowledge: you've lived this world and understand how things actually work.
- Experience using Construction/Site/Safety Technology preferred.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in a small, fast-moving team.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities without losing momentum.
- Strategic thinker who can connect customer problems to business opportunities.
- Strong communication skills, you'll work across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Customers, and Users.
