We are seeking an exceptional Chef de Partie to join the team for the highly anticipated opening of Bread Street Kitchen & Bar at 22 Bishopsgate. Launching in Spring 2026, this iconic Gordon Ramsay restaurant is set to reach extraordinary new heights. Situated on Level 59 of 22 Bishopsgate, Bread Street Kitchen & Bar will boast breathtaking, panoramic views across London, creating a truly unforgettable dining destination. Guests will enjoy an elevated, globally inspired all-day menu, showcasing signature Gordon Ramsay classics, alongside innovative, expertly crafted cocktails, and an exciting new afternoon tea experience. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a landmark opening in one of the city’s most spectacular locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Running a designated section of the kitchen during service, taking full responsibility for preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Ensuring all dishes leaving your section meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Managing mise en place, stock levels, and organisation within your section.
  • Training, mentoring, and supporting Commis and Demi Chefs, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
  • Working collaboratively with senior chefs and the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
  • Continuously developing your skills and knowledge as a Chef de Partie.

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a quality, high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong cooking skills with excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Confidence in leading and training junior team members.
  • A positive, professional attitude with strong communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for food and commitment to consistently high standards.
