An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Chef to join an established, award-winning restaurant located within a successful garden centre and farm shop near Norwich.
The restaurant is renowned for its freshly prepared menus, seasonal produce and commitment to exceptional customer service.

- The Position
- Lead and develop the kitchen team, creating a positive and high-performing culture.
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations.
- Deliver consistently high-quality food during busy service periods.
- Prepare classic British favourites and seasonal dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Support menu development and stock control.

- Proven experience leading a busy kitchen.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Experience preparing fresh food in high-volume environments.
- Passion for traditional cooking and quality ingredients.
