We are looking for an ambitious and experienced General Manager to lead a well-established, high-profile hospitality venue in Norwich.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven manager with a strong background in running a busy bar, restaurant, or late-night operation.

The Position

  • Lead, motivate, and develop management and front-line teams.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of customer service across all areas of the venue.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage budgets, revenue, payroll, stock control, and cost management.
  • Drive sales through events, promotions, and commercial initiatives.
  • Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure excellent communication and teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company procedures.
  • Create a positive, high-performance culture focused on guest satisfaction and team engagement.

The Person

  • Experience as a General Manager or Restaurant Manager, within a high-volume hospitality venue.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Organised, hands-on, and confident managing all aspects of venue operations.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and key trading periods.
