We are looking for an experienced and passionate Baker to join the team at a traditional bakery on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. This independent bakery supplies local businesses as well as its own shops and cafés, so consistency in the product is key. From traditional bread‑making methods to sweet treats and more, this bakery is widely celebrated in the local community for quality delivered by a passionate, close‑knit team.

Hours: 11pm–7am

Hourly Rate: £16 per Hour

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake bread and other baked goods
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Keep the bakery clean and organised
  • Monitor stock levels and ingredients
