We are working with a well-regarded, produce-led restaurant in the Suffolk countryside, focused on sustainability, seasonality, and top-quality local sourcing.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie who is confident leading sections, thrives in a busy service, and genuinely cares about top-quality ingredients. You will work with freshly foraged, seasonal produce and have an opportunity to grow with the business, with a valued input into the success of the kitchen operation. You will also only work two evenings a week.
