We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a flair for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes. This role requires a commitment to food safety standards and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities

  • Ability to maintain the standards of quality, food, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping within the kitchen.
  • Familiar with the principles of HACCP.
  • Organise and run an efficient breakfast/lunch/dinner for 100 covers with support from junior chefs.
  • Communicate ordering, shortages and manage stock and MEP for the breakfast section.
  • Shift timing between 6 am to 9 pm, 5 days a week, including weekends. Overtime is paid and available per business need.

Requirements

  • Passion for fresh quality produce.
  • Professional culinary qualification is essential.
  • 1 year experience in a similar establishment.
  • Flexible, reliable and adaptable.
  • Oral and written fluency in English.
  • Confidence in multitasking and following instructions.
  • A passion to be creative and develop themselves.
  • Right to work in the UK.
