Working alongside the General Manager and Head Chef, you will help lead a busy team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high operational standards and support the commercial success of the business.

Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure consistently high hospitality standards.
Lead and motivate Front of House teams during service.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and team development.
Support labour scheduling, stock control and waste management.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor sales performance and help drive revenue opportunities.
