Role Description

As the Director of Penetration Testing Solutions at BreachLock, you will leverage your industry expertise to engage with new prospects and advise existing clients on our state-of-the-art cybersecurity solutions. You will be involved with a hands on approach within the Penetration Testing Solutions team, guiding clients through the implementation process, and serving as a trusted advisor on best practices and security strategies. This hybrid role, based in New York with flexibility for remote work within the US, positions you as a key figure in enhancing our clients' cybersecurity posture.

Just to sum up some of your responsibilities:

As a Director of Penetration Testing Solutions you are on the front lines with our clients supporting them with their Offensive Security needs. In this role you will:

• Work with new prospects and ensure they understand the value of BreachLock solutions and advise them on their offensive security strategy
• Work with clients to ensure they get experience backed advise with respect to improving their Penetration Testing program or implementing BreachLock solutions in a manner that fits them best
• Drive Practice development, including improving existing practices used within the pen testing team and mentoring team members
• Execute Red Team Assessments, Network Penetration Tests, Application Security Assessments, Social Engineering, and a variety of custom assessment
• Foster client relationships by providing the right solutions, support, information, and guidance
• Support the teams on proposals, proof of concepts for new clients, technical though leadership and guidance as a part of technical pre-sales activities
• Develop thought leadership materials and participate in activities such as research, speaking at conferences, authoring material
• Work with the innovation team to improve security testing automation capabilities of BreachLock platform

What we are looking for:

• You are physically based in the UK and this is a remote role with ocassional travel
• 5+ years of experience performing offensive/attack-oriented security assessments including penetration testing
• 2+ years of experience in an enterprise-level customer-facing role
• Experience with various public cloud components and architectures with Azure / AWS strongly preferred.
• Experience in evading security detection controls
• Prior experience working with Big-4s in similar role is a big plus
• Certifications such as CREST, OSCP, OSCE, GIAC, and GSE are preferred
• Expertise in security testing frameworks and standards such as OSSTMM, OWASP, NIST SP 800-115, and MITRE ATT&CK is required
