About the role

As a Partnerships Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of BRE partners, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience and ongoing support. Working as part of the Partnerships Team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to promote BRE's services, standards, and brands. This is a varied role that combines account management, stakeholder engagement, performance monitoring, and business support. You'll act as a trusted point of contact for partners, helping them navigate BRE processes and standards while identifying opportunities to strengthen collaboration and support future growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, responding to partner enquiries and providing guidance on BRE processes and standards.
  • Support the onboarding of new partners, helping them establish successful and productive relationships with BRE.
  • Monitor partner performance and compliance against agreed standards and contractual requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing partnerships and encourage further collaboration.
  • Represent BRE at industry events, forums, and meetings in the UK and internationally.
  • Support marketing, sales, and business development initiatives that promote BRE and its partner network.
  • Prepare reports, insights, and performance analysis for senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless partner experience and support business objectives.

Work Location Options

Hybrid – This role offers a mix of home and office working. You will need to be within commuting distance of our Watford or Glasgow office, as you will be expected to attend in person (2 times per week). As part of this role you will be required to travel to Europe up to 10 times per year.
