This is a rare opportunity to shape how marketing drives growth at scale. As Head of Commercial Marketing, you’ll play a central role in building a more insight-led, commercially focused marketing function—strengthening how products and services are positioned, taken to market and delivered across multiple audiences and markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a senior marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability.

You’ll Bring

  • Experience in senior B2B marketing roles
  • Strong product marketing and go-to-market expertise across complex products or services
  • Proven ability to drive demand generation and improve marketing effectiveness
  • Experience using customer insight and data to inform strategy and campaigns
  • A commercial mindset, with evidence of aligning marketing to revenue and growth outcomes
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Sales teams
  • Leadership experience, including developing teams and improving capability

Experience in sectors such as professional services, SaaS, education, consulting or standards-based environments would be beneficial, but not essential.

Location and Working Pattern

This role is based at the BRE Science Park in Watford, with an expectation to work on site approximately one day per week (flexi-hybrid).
