Your role at BRE:
- Lead new business development activity across the UK, driving revenue growth and securing new clients.
- Identify, engage and secure high‑value prospects aligned to BRE’s strategic objectives.
- Reactivate dormant accounts outside of Key Account Management to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies for complex, long‑cycle sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers, influencing sustainability mandates.
- Represent BRE at client meetings, trade shows and industry events.
- Mentor and support an Inside Sales Executive, guiding prospecting, pipeline development and client engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing and Product to support lead generation and campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring strong pipeline management, forecasting and data integrity.
- Provide market insight and intelligence to support strategic planning and business decisions.
- Support wider strategic initiatives aligned to BRE’s long‑term vision.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven success in new business development and complex solution selling, ideally within the built environment or sustainability sectors.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing long sales cycles and developing strategic accounts.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
- Passion for sustainability; experience in the built environment or certification services is an advantage.
Please note this role offers a competitive package, including uncapped commission structure & 5K Car Allowance.

Work Location Options:
Hybrid – This role offers a mix of home and office working. You will need to be within commuting distance of our Watford office, as you will be expected to attend in person (1‑2 times per month).
