Role Overview: This role provides essential administrative and operational support across Sales, Partnerships and Customer Service functions, ensuring smooth commercial processes, accurate data management and effective coordination across teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across Sales, Partnerships and Customer Service teams
  • Maintain CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Support overall sales process in CRM from lead through to sales order and reporting
  • Assist in preparing proposals and commercial documentation
  • Raise requisitions for purchase orders, coordinate approvals and subsequent invoices
  • Set up and verify customer accounts
  • Support onboarding and new supplier documentation, liaising with customers
  • Produce regular sales reports and contribute to leadership dashboards
  • Ad-hoc cover for Customer Services incoming phone calls
  • Manage general commercial administration, including meeting scheduling, room bookings and handling customer enquiries

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working within a sales, commercial, or customer-focused environment
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when managing data and documentation
  • Confident supporting multiple stakeholders across sales and operational teams
  • Experience producing reports, managing data, and supporting pipeline tracking
  • Strong administrative and organisational capability, with a structured approach to tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify issues within data or processes and take steps to resolve them
  • Exposure to supporting larger commercial or sales teams is beneficial
