What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to promote healthy building practices.
  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations based on research and testing results.

Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, architecture, or engineering.
  • At least two years of experience in a related role, focusing on building performance or sustainability.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

  • Experience with certifications such as BREEAM or LEED.
  • Familiarity with building regulations and standards in the UK.

Skills & tools

  • Proficiency in data analysis software and tools relevant to building performance assessment.
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and materials.
