You will be at the heart of our sales engine - qualifying opportunities, progressing deals, and working closely with Business Development Managers and future Key Account Managers.

Your role at BRE: In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and converting opportunities through proactive engagement and pipeline management. Key responsibilities include:
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities through daily outbound activity via calls, email, LinkedIn, and Teams.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads, ensuring same-day follow-up to maximise conversion.
- Manage a portfolio of customers and prospects, driving renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand revenue.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure long-term account growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable weekly forecasts and pipeline updates.
- Progress opportunities through defined sales stages with disciplined next-step management.
- Collaborate with Marketing and product teams to convert campaigns into sales and articulate value propositions.
- Participate in coaching, call reviews, and shadowing to continuously improve skills and results.
- Partner with a BDM buddy to accelerate learning, share insights, and overcome deal blockers.
What we are looking for:
Essential- Understanding of B2B sales fundamentals, including pipeline stages, qualification, and conversion.
- Awareness of the built environment ecosystem and typical customer types/stakeholders.
- Confident and persuasive communicator across phone, email, and Teams; able to handle objections.
- High-velocity prospecting and consultative discovery skills to generate qualified meetings and identify customer needs.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, and CRM discipline with accurate data management.
- Proactive, high-energy, and resilient, maintaining momentum and embracing coaching.
- Accountable and results-focused, delivering outcomes and collaborating effectively with team members.
- Experience selling into construction, real estate, or infrastructure stakeholders.
- Familiarity with structured sales methods (e.g., MEDDICC, BANT, SPIN) and sales cadences.
- Evidence of a progression mindset, with ambition for roles such as BDM, BDE, or KAM.

Work Location Options: Hybrid – This role offers a mix of home and office working. You will need to be within commuting distance of our Watford office, as you will be expected to attend in person (1-2 times per weekly period).
